The Evolve Collaborative is a partnership between the NHS Confederation, the leading membership body bringing together all parts of the UK health and care system, and Beamtree, an Australian health data and analytics specialist.

John O`Brian
Membership and Commercial Director
John leads the teams that deliver all The NHS Alliance’s events, commercial engagement, board development and improvement programmes and finally, our venue in Leeds, Horizon. He also works closely with the Q community, which is hosted by The NHS Alliance.
He has over 30 years’ experience working in membership bodies, including nine years at the NHS Confederation from 2002 to 2011, as Head of Membership and subsequently Director of Member Services. He has also held senior roles at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, NHS Providers, The Law Society of England & Wales, the Global Law Summit, AXELOS Global Best Practice and a technology consultancy working with membership bodies and charities.
Beata Wojcik
Senior Improvement Specialist
Beata Wojcik joined the NHS Alliance in March 2025 as a Senior Improvement Specialist working on the Evolve Collaborative.
She brings 10 years of experience in an acute trust across medical education, transformation, quality improvement, and people teams. Beata holds an MBA and a Level 7 diploma in strategic management and leadership practice.
In her role at The Evolve Collaborative, Beata supports members in developing data-driven approaches to quality improvement, helping them turn insights into impactful change.
Miros Saridakis
Senior Project Coordinator
Miros Saridakis joined the NHS Alliance in February 2025 as a Senior Project Coordinator working on The Evolve Collaborative.
Miros' role on The Evolve Collaborative is to coordinate the delivery of the project as a whole.
